Juegos: Jim Gerrie portea 4 de sus juegos a Tandy CoCo

crawlJim Gerrie y su hijo Charlie han porteado a Tandy Coco 2/3 y Dragon 32/64 cuatro de sus juegos presentados para Retrospectiva.

Los juegos porteados son Dungeon Crawl, The Doctor’s Adventure on Scaro, Penguino y Battle Bots.

 

El archivo contiene los cuatro juegos en una imagen de disco (.dsk) y las notas de programación.

Crawl1Dungeon Crawl is a 3D first person dungeon crawler for the Tandy TRS-80 MC-10 and Jim Gerrie’s new game.

Your peace-loving community is  being ravaged by the denizens of a pit fiend who has taken up residence at the bottom of a nearby dungeon. He has bewitched a range of creatures, including prior unwary adventurers. You  must search his 3 level lair and defeat him!

Inside the dungeon you’ll find more than a dozen different creatures. Some of these creatures will, once defeated, drop items that will help you advance in your quest.

orb2Brian Pîcchi nos trae la segunda parte de Deadly Orbs para Apple II. El juego usa gráficos de doble alta resolución mediante la expansión BASIC Doublevision.

Los extraterrestres están de regreso!

Y nuestro caballero debe internarse en su nave y vencerlos antes que destruyan a su pueblo.

El juego se controla mediante joystick solamente:

Movimiento: Izquierda – Derecha

Salto: Boton 1

Ataque: Boton 2

Usar teletransportador: Abajo

The second disk (ORBS2_ed.do) contains a version of the game with Electric Duet music. This version uses a small M.L. routine and as such it is not intented for the competition.

Games: Battle Bots by Jim Gerrie

Batlbot3Battle Bots, a TRS-80 MC-10 game based on the concept of the classic RobotWar is the new entry by Jim Gerrie.

In the game we should program our robot to fight another robot in a 10 round battle.
For that porpuse we have available 9 different commands to create our 10 step program.
After every round we can refine our program.
For one or two players.
